Since 1980, we have been serving those injured or with legal needs in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul in Minnesota as well as western Wisconsin.
The focus of our personal injury law practice has always been to provide accident victims with the dedicated personal representation they deserve. Our lawyers will work hard to help you recover physically, financially and emotionally from an auto accident, trucking accident, motorcycle accident, premises liability, dog bite or other types of personal injury cases. We never charge a fee unless we help you recover compensation through a settlement or jury verdict.
We offer three convenient office locations: In the East Metro near I-694 and White Bear Avenue in the St. Paul Suburb of Maplewood and in the West Metro at 494 and France Ave in the Minneapolis suburb of Edina, and our Downtown Minneapolis location in the IDS Center. Both locations have ample free parking. Our normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We also offer evening, weekend and out-of-office appointments.
Our Commitment to Service
One of the major complaints that injured people have about their lawyers is that they don’t return phone calls. Our lawyers will be there when you need us to answer your questions and keep you informed about the status of your case.
Our commitment to you includes:
- Returning your calls promptly. We always return phone calls within 24 hours and usually much sooner.
- Answering your e-mails. You can reach our lawyers by e-mail and we check our messages dozens of times a day.
- Being available to meet you in person. If you want to speak to your lawyer face to face, you can usually get an appointment the next day.
- Keeping you informed. Our lawyers will copy you on every document that we prepare on your behalf, from a simply letter to a doctor to get records, to the summons and complaint.

In May, 2009, Germscheid, Heimerl, & Lammers was fortunate enough to welcome Kathryn M. Lammers and Amanda J. Maenner to our legal team. Both Katie and Amanda are experienced litigators and family law attorneys liscenced in Minnesota. Katie focuses her practice on divorce/dissolution, and all areas of family law. She is also an experienced trial attorney and can handle all types of civil litigation. Amanda too, is an experienced family law attorney, and also excels at providing estate planning services to her clients throughout the Twin Cities.
